This vinegar is made by an Old World Process that dates back to the days of Rome. 100% Natural, Unfiltered and racked from aged wooden barrels.

Made in small batches from the finest California Wine Grapes grown in Madera, California, by the Nonini Family.

Guiseppi Pistoresi and Antonio Nonini came to America before the turn of the 19th Century. Although both were from Italy, they came from different provences. Antonio from Lombardy and Guiseppi from Tuscany.  

Here they replicated the foods they loved in Italy. Antonio had brought Grape Cuttings and Guiseppi had brought a small wooden flask containing the mother of vinegar that his family had cultured for many generations.   Two generations of grandsons later, Mr Martin Nonini, now presents to you this fine old world Tuscany Style Red Wine Vinegar.
