I just received my first order and it included one bag of each type of almond: Raw Aldrich, California Nonpareil and Raw Carmel. I opened each bag to sample and here are the results. All are fresh & tasty. The Aldrich is the one I plan to use for slicing and putting on fish & green beans. The really good almond flavor is almost intense and they are somewhat slightly less sweet than the other two varieties. Good for eating raw, too
